I have a Martin style headstock Washburn D15M, serial number 707299. Must be a '77. Can't be a '70 and probably isn't a '87.

That would definitely be my guess. BTW, I don't recall ever seeing the perforated stamp style serial # on a Washburn neck block...

Looking forward to seeing that as well.
