Looking to possibly purchase one as a new bass player. Anyone with

Wasburn has a few in stock. Can be ordered from an on-line dealer. I was goint to have a local
Sam Ash order it and set it up. They said the model is discontinued and required full payment
up front. I'm now cosidering a Fender 70's re-issue Jazz Bass. The Washburn is made in China
and could be a mistake. Sure is pretty though.

I own a WB66 and find it to be very versatile and very well made. Mine is a hard to find Goldtop which is not even in the Washburn catalog or on it's site...very cool. You won't be disappointed! NOTE TO WASHBURN: How about a new body design, the wb66 is nice but we need more body styles/choices. Us bass players are always last on the list.
