Golly Gosh mythagouk open a shop. You're either very lucky or unmarried. Mine Are Washies.
At the mo being winter i'm playing a KC 90 and an SBF 80 electro acoustic, i've got a couple more but after seeing your list don't think i'll bother listing them. Oh yeah nearly forgot my bass RB4000 that's out at the moment also, nothing like constant rain to get me started on bass lines. They all get played in rotation but only three are out at any one time, otherwise it gets hard to move round my front room.

ha ha... yep i'm a bit of a guitar-a-holic.. fiancee says she'll leave me if i buy another one, that might happen soon... lol..no i've been collecting for about 15 years, stopped trading guitars in when buying new ones as you loose so much money, hence why i've ended up with so many..(and ebay is evil) and yes forgot about the bass guitars, the're in another room, got 2 just for recording purposes....

Bloody hell Mythagouk, and to think I suggested you be careful out there on ebay! That's not a collection, it's a warehouse

My babies are a Washburn rarewood acoustic, a Washburn 166 Pro (which get's more use than the others) and a mint Matsumoku-made Westone Spectrum dating back to the 80s. If the Gods are smiling, I'd like to add a Matsumoku Washburn (Hawk or Raven) and maybe another old Westone (liking the look of the Thunder or, if I can find one at a sensible price, a Prestige)

CB tried to lead me astray recently by mentioning a modern Washy that's up for grabs near me[}:)]

Have you got a dedicated room for your guitars or are they scattered round the house?

hi norfolkngood, westone's are good 80's guitars and were very underated. i used to have a thunder back in the old days. yeah, i've got a dedicated music studio / room in the house, where the band gather every sunday, get drunk and record and jam for 6 hours or until we can't play any more (due to alcohol intake...lol). it's great fun. we've just finished our 1st full album, which will be released in feb at some point.

Hi dcherner and welcome to the forum, As usual the value of guitars is decided by how much people want it. The last one to come up on UK Ebay didn't reach its reserve (Unknown) and that reached $275. If you want to sell then I suggest you post a for sale in the General electrics section and wait for offers. I'm sure someone will contact you pretty quickly. Good Luck.

Hi Mythagouk - that is one hell of a collection! - ebay would appear to have brought you to your knees ;-)

I have in no particular order: '93 Paduak N4, Washburn EA22, Washburn P2 cherry sunburst (with SD59 Neck & Dimebucker Bridge) & just finished converting my Washburn ESAN4 to an N6, still with the BL in the bridge, but opted for Bare knuckles 'mothers milk' for the neck and middle PU's. Which sound soooo good it's untrue!

My EC29 and RS530 are things I've owned since about '91 the others are all bought much more recently. The Indie collection is because they often come up quite cheaply and I'm a sucker for a new guitar.

The modded Indie Designer is the 'sleeper' of my collection it's fantastic.

<hr noshade size=1>
2 EC29s, RS10-V, RS8-V,  RR2-V, and a whole load of Indies
