Mandolin M3Swe
« on: February 01, 2005, 03:40:50 PM »

Im brand new here. I have had a M3SWE for little over year now. I play with a fairly loud band, and it seem to do a decent job. I would like to move a few notches in tone, but over all , a pretty good mandolin. I had to have the nut fixed on it because it was way to hard to fret the first fret. Had the first five frets replaced, and it helped with tone, but now I have bridge problems. The bridge, a three piece bridge with a canoe saddle to hold the pickup broke. Actually ,it was the canoe saddle itself that came apart, couldn't findone anywhere, except Washburn. I don't have it yet, so wish me luck. Anybody do any experimenting wit a solid bridge to test tonal differences?
