thats expensive!!! looking at the nX6 body ive bagged its in better condition than that ine.

All these bodies are much better than the descriptions on warpdrive.  I will post a few pics of each eventually, but I managed to smash my GF's camera the other day (not by looking into it before someone else says it) so pic uploads may take a while.

I may get a decent one to do video's and one that I can put a seperate audio signal into.  I can do the youtube then.

yeah thats the kind of thing we want to get.

Ive started working on one of these paddy bodies already.  My plan was to split the bodies along the cracks and reglue them.  Im havi9ng trouble even opening up the cracks, let alone splitting the bodies!  even with a ratchet strap I cant make em budge so Im filling the harline cracks with eopxy resin and sanding clean.

The price tag on each of these bodies was $250, on the invoice theyd given me a $1107 discount [:D]

I finished off the paddy body last night.  Sanded all the marks off it, drilled the output socket hole and a few more internal holes for the wiring.  Given it the first coat of danish oil before I went to bed.  It looks great!

aftr closer inspection, the N6 body on the left at the top of this thread is a 1 pc! [:D]  Im chuffed to bits.

Im off work next week so unfortunately no internet for me, but I will get some more work done on my guitars and I will get a new camera to show some detail pics.

well, Ive thought about getting the interweb hooked up at home again, but Id spend all my evenings on bookface and silly forums. Id be single after a few months I reckon lol.  Not to mention fleabay!!!  id be bankrupt in 1 month if I had all evening to buy stuff.

Cant believe the 1 pc body.  why would they make them like that if they were destined to be painted????  seems a waste, although they wouldnt have to waste time glueing them up.

It sounds stupid I know, but as jake says I save alot of money.  AND I do my work as well, 7.5 hrs a day staring at a CAD screen and you will need a break every 1/2 hr or so.

Try it for a month!  give up the interweb during your 'own' time.  I was dubious about cancelling it at home, but honestly its the best thing I ever did.

it's amazing how dependant we become on these things, can you imagine taking a fully functioning iPhone full of music back to 1982, which in teh grand scheme of things isn't that long ago???

it'd blow their minds, it still does mine, it's more powerful than my first PC from about 12 years ago, technology moves so fast it's amazing.

i work with this junk all day every day and i'm still amazed!!!

I wouldnt say you become dependant on it, but it just ends up being routine that you go home and sit on the internet not talking to anyone.  Me and the missus have all the time in the world to argue with each other now with no distractions whatsoever.

Plus, ive got time to start breeding chickens now too  he he
