In the designation D10-M, M is Mahogany, and they are a laminate top.  Solid top would be S after the D10 designation.

Exist?  Yes, if you mean used.  Not sure if you can find them new anymore...maybe new old stock if you find a vendor who has one on a back shelf somewhere.

You find a few on the 'bay now and then.

It means thet the guitar just has a clear finish on it.
N = Natural

Washburn N2, Washburn F10S
I've got some other stuff too.. Everything from guitars to a Balalaika.

It also means, in the absence of an S designation, that the top is laminated...
