Where are the contests? What are the rules?  What do I win?  Is it free or do I have to pay for it?

Since this hasn't got an answer yet, I thought I'd BUMP it.  (Even though it's the only open topic on the board.)

Before I started this thread, the last post was from several (three or four) years ago.  It's about damn time they have a contest, or close this part of the forum.  Now where's the free stuff Nick?

And don't think that the easy option will be to take down this part of the forum, no, I'll start begging ya for free stuff on every post of every thread of every forum.  I'll even organize those electric types to start clamoring for free stuff. (And you how unruly they can be.)

Maybe you're right Nick, the acoustic people are a little more rambunctious and prone to shenanigans then those calm fellows on the electric boards. But it will be annoying to ya none the less.

Your's were held just because you're a nice guy Rocket,, no, I'm wanting some big good stuff from those corporate giant types.  I mean REALLY GOOD stuff, like picks with the Washburn logo on them, and Washburn ball caps, and while I'm at it, maybe even Washburn T-shirts. (Did I go to far on that last one?)

I would have said a Washburn Guitar from time to time, but I didn't want to stretch anyone's credulity.

If there's contests going, don't forget the UK guys on here.

As it goes, you could give us a prize by letting us have hard cases when we buy a new Washburn over here!!

I'm trying to get something going this week. It will be open to anyone on the forum.
You'll just have to wait and see what the prizes are.

To be fair you have to weed out all the trolls with multiple member accounts. Now that might seem like a daunting task Nick, but there is an easy way around it,,,,, Only take entries from members who have some minimum number of posts,, say 1363, that's a nice round number to start with.
