Hi.  Does anyone have an opinion regrading the LIMITED EDITION WASHBURN C-114 K CLASSICAL GUITAR?  Has anyone played one?  They sure are inexpensive.

Peace,
Don

Don't be too pulled in by ANY manufacturers Limited Edition term.
It's really nothing more than a product run for a specific customer. Washburn has produced many Limited Edition (Special Runs) for Musician's Friend, Music123, Guitar Center's, Inc., etc (which BTW are all the same entity.) This is not to say anything negative about the specific models as many are very nice and of good value... just explaining the Limited Edition moniker.
You, (or I,) can also get a special manufacturing run model... simply submit the specs and pay for a minimum amount of units. Not just from Washburn either... many other of the manufacturers do it too.

Don, if Washburn uses it's normal model designation procedures for Limited Edition offerings, this would be an all laminate guitar.  That might explain why it is inexpensive.  That doesn't necessarily mean it's going to sound bad...but, of course, it won't get any better with age, so what you get from the store is what you'll have WAAAAY down the line.
