Why $1279.90
« on: May 09, 2010, 10:43:58 PM »
Hello everyone.I am new here and have a question on a HB35PRO.What is different about the HB35PROBK and HB35PROCRK from a HB35NK?The price difference is significant and has my curiosity perked.
I had my mind set on getting the HB35NK until I saw the price list. Now I need to know. Are pictures available somewhere?

If you're referring to the Summer 2009 Price List PDF, (which is old, BTW,) those are merely list prices similar to MSRP for the auto trade, and don't mean much to the end consumer.
Retail generally runs about 60% list or ~$768... I've seen the HB35's as low as 40% list or ~$549.

As far as Images

Here's an interesting thread: http://forums.washburn.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=16184

(NOTE: Forum members have nothing to do with Washburn product pricing so going off about pricing here is a waste of your time, however entertaining it might be for us!)

Not complaining about the price just wondering why the difference. They don't show the piece or give any sort of description.Which is what I am more interested in.
I understand list/MSRP pricing.I have found Washburns for as much as 48% off list/MSRP.
When I mentioned the price list. All I was saying is, that is when I found out about the HB35PRO guitars.I don't complain about the price of anything I don't need to stay alive.I found out a long time ago it don't pay to complain,no one cares.
