Hughes & Kettner Tour Reverb combo with G12H30 70th Anniversary extention cab...warm, detailed vintage-y tones...one of the very best solid state clean tones for jazz I've come across..(a V30 is too harsh with my setup)...and gainy as all get out..alot like the ADA MP-1 but sadly crunch tones are flacid and two dimensional...haven't tried a BB Xotic yet for some righteous overdrive..bring on the odd ordered harminics, right? but ya know... SS amps don't like pedals, right?  [|)]

H&K Triamp MKI through Marshall 4x12 greenbacks (recently re-tubed powerstage - svetlana EL34 quartet...quite the plexi tone now).

(and the tone can change depending on the beer.....nod to Rob above : )

It's Marshally.  I can't say for fact but rumor is that it was based on a Marshall DSL 2000.  I had a 50 watt at one time and I can hear similarities.  It sounds great.  Not really a metal amp.  Great clean.  Very spunky, funky and percussive but not brittle.  The distortion channel is nice.  I only run the gain at around 5 so there is gain on hand.  The lead channel is 'meh'.  It works as a boost but running a pedal in front of the amp still works better.  The boost channel doesn't give you that 'sustain' like you'd get from running a pedal in front.  Just seems to give you volume and more gain.  I also wish the eq was a bit more 'active'.  0-10 on any of the controls doesn't make a huge difference like it does on other amps.  Not to say a good tone can't be dialed in though.

Nice HEAD SHOT, mfergel..get it :)  I absolutely love the WWII analog looking layout...and indeed nods to skeesik..where are my manners?  I really was away until just right now.. a Triamp w/ Greenies?!  I'd love hearing that setup, big time...

Run my N2 through a Korg AX1000G (custom patched for 3-sides and pornograffiti sound natch) and a Marshall Valvestate 2000 AVT100... sounds pretty sweet!

I use it through a professionally modded crate blue voodoo( it sounds amazing compared to its original stock model). My effects loop contains a crybaby 535Q, a boss ds-1 for my lead boost, and a boss me-50 for my modulation and delay stuff.
