This is my first post a specail thanks to pike and Bill Henshell

Hi all I have a early 1982 Washburn Harvest SJ its a Japanese Yamaki prototype of the Harvest SJ D67

Mine has Ovangkol back and sides and a Alaskan Spruce top its a solid wood guitar that I bought from a pawn shop 15 years ago when I bought the guitar it was in trouble the saddle and nut was made of wood and was broken and it had electric guitar string on it

So off to the tech it went, my tech put a new nut and saddle made of bone and he shaved down the inside braces to the same as Goodall guitar uses

First I tried the guitar out for a few mounths with just the new nut and saddle and it sounded very nice and my tech talked into the shaved bracing and I'm really glade he did, the guitar now has a much sweeter and louder sound

Thanks Dale Hamon
