Randall Pick Ups on X Series
« on: January 31, 2011, 11:08:17 AM »
Dear all,
Does anyone know how are the specs on Randall' UL and (Ultra)XL? What type of pick up? What is their output impedance?

Thanks,

Mauro

I've been trying to find it as well with no luck.

Sounds like they have two, the 102 and 103.  The 102 is an alnico 5....so my guess is similar to a Duncan Custom.  The 103 is ceramic and perhaps similar to the Duncan distortion.  It's tough to tell without knowing the DC resistance.

Hey Washburn,

A hand would be deeply welcome here. Could you tell us the complete tech specs on the Randalls UL and Ultra XL?
