YerDugliness, thanks, I was wandering if a classical would help, as I read were you or someone else talked about them being wider.I have gotten were I can strum most of the songs I know, and pick a little. And I have used the drum's on my GNX2, to really practice timing. And all kinds of DVDs. And hours of noodling, practicing intros and such. So I feel it's time to start hunting for that one guitar that really fits my hands, and sounds good, and most importantly I can afford. Tom.

magoo99, A guitar store in Ky, also told me about seagull guitars. He said they were a very good guitar for the price. I have 5 Washburns, 2 fenders, 1 Indiana. So I wouldn't mind a different brand of guitar. Tom.

David Bromberg----Fingerpicks AND Flatpicks with equal enthusiasm and ability equal to anyone

Norman Blake---Later slower flatpicking stuff

Jorma Kaukonen---Fingerpicking interpretations

Ernie Hawkins---living old time style blues player

John Prine---if the words count

Mary Flower--girl

If it's got tuners, tits, or tires----it's gonna cost you.

Best all around player:

Tommy Emmanuel

He's the most relaxed player I've ever seen and he seems to really enjoy what he does.

Anyone that claims to be a fan of acoustic blues guitar and is ignoring the music and instructional offerings of Ernie Hawkins is doing themselves a great injustice.
