I'm glad to hear there are two of us that have had a good experience with Washburn warranty service. Tom.  [:)]

Good to hear.
Especially as after sales service appears to be a dying art in the world today.

I know this is an old topic but thought I'd share my experience - My D10's saddle cracked and started to fall apart and my bridge cracked.  I had the guitar for probably a year and a half - I took the guitar back to the shop where I bought it and it took about two weeks but they replaced the saddle and bridge, no charge.  And they upgraded the saddle to bone, the original was plastic.

Welcome to the forum gang.  Nice of the shop to make things not just right, but better. [:D] [:D]
