Military move killed my 1896 Washburn Mandolin - need help
« on: February 25, 2012, 03:48:47 PM »
Recently moved to work at the Pentagon after being stationed overseas for three years and when my military shipment of my stuff came, the movers packed my stuff so horribly that I had a bunch of busted stuff to include my 1896 Washburn Mandolin.   Trying to claim it and get reimbursed, but no idea what these go for.  It was in great condition.  Any idea?

Thats a tough one but more then likely the very best place to ask about the value would be over at this forum.

Is there any hope in having it repaired as they are becoming less and less on the market, lets hope that there isn't a limit as to how much you can collect for insurance purposes.ship
