RIP Jim Marshall
« on: April 06, 2012, 06:24:17 AM »
Really nice guy, when I lived in London many years ago I used to call into his small shop in Hanwell Broadway, he always had time for a chat, didn't matter if you were famous or not. He used to give drum lessons in the back room to people like Mitch Mitchell and others not quite so famous. I know we all gotta go sometime, but Jim Marshall and Les Paul showed so many folk "The Way" this is another sad loss to the music world.
