Thought about bidding on this....but probably needs too much work?  I don't know.  Yamaki made a handful of one-offs from 1981 to 1983, and this is probably one of them.  Two others, that I'm aware of, are at 9 South Guitars, in South Carolina (I believe).  One is a 1983 Silver Harvest....(never went into production)...and another is a variation on the Golden Harvest, that did go into production.
You've got a nice instument...let us know how the repairs go.

well, i recieved the hugest guitar i have ever played, lol was a little dissapointed that dude listed it as having repairs done at the neck end and soundhole. was not repairs was all damage...unrepaired, upper bout caved a bit...enough to warrant a neck reset ...if ...if  i cared to, and reading about a possible doweled neck....not caring today...lmao. BUT...i repaired the cracks...reglued the slightly lifting bridge, tighened truss rod a bit...shaved the bridge...saddles filed....and i have a not"butter like" but forsure playable ...incredible voiced Super Jumbo, lol 18.25 in at lower bout. if the action grows i will attempt the bolt on coversion, im not a luthier, but i pretend i am once in a while...and i did stay at a holiday inn express last nite.

Now that is an interesting looking Jumbo, it just amazes me how many guitars ( proto types ) Yamaki made for Washburn that never made it into production. I know there are days when I certainly miss my Yamaki D-68SW and would have loved to have tried that Silver Harvest. I know that everyone says that these guitars were just as good as any built Martin at the time and I hear it says that there is no way to prove that statement other then to say for me I never found a Martin at that time that was better playing. And as Jim says good luck with finding a case you might find a soft shell case to fit maybe, but seeing how you did stay at the Holiday Inn well maybe you could build yourself one.ship.......LOL
