I could not find anything on the Web about it, so I contacted Washburn. Based on the model and serial number, they indicated it is a mid-70s or 80s all solid instrument, built in Japan, that retailed for $1,250.  Does anyone know anything about this instrument?  I am selling and need to know what to price it at.

Thanks!

I see that you have it on the Cafe for $450.  I can not judge if that is a fair price for that mandolin or not..........I can tell you that, at that price it would be way down the list of available instruments at that price or within 10% of it.

Look at:

$450 is getting into the range of entry Eastmans and the like..........a hard sell.
If it's got tuners, tits, or tires----it's gonna cost you.
