New on the forum and HNGD and Happy New Year!!!
« on: December 31, 2012, 12:17:55 PM »
Hello everybody,

New on this forum and proud to own a brand new R319SWKK Washburn Parlor. I decided to get one after watching this great video made by my country fellowman Eltjo Haselhoff - see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_8tf_j_5ac
No, that is not me playing. The Washburn Eltjo owns I was told is one of the very first made, built in 1894, and one of the oldest Washburns still around. But my 319 will do - I am a happy camper and wish you all a HAPPY 2013!!!

Welcome to the forum!

That is a very nice rendition of Greensleeves, and a very nice sound from that old Washburn!  Hope you enjoy your new Washburn as much.  Happy New Year to you - and to all on the forum!

Mine does not sound quite like that old one, but that is only matter of time.
I'll report back in 119 years from now :D.
