Whether a given guitar is "worth it" depends on all sorts of factors: the price, the condition, how well it's been adjusted, whether a case is included, & so on.

The WIN-14 is part of the New Idol series. It filled approximately the same place as the WI-14 from the predecessor Idol series.

I'd say it's a good guitar, but by no means great, particularly when compared to the quality available in the better Idol models for a few dollars more. It's a decent beginner instrument, & commonly available for under $100 USD. The blackfinish is worth less, as these were so common in "starter pack" kits -- the walnut-finish version is likely worth a few dollars more. The most desirable version is the WIN14F, trans red over flame maple veneer, but even at that I'd not recommend paying $150 as there are better guitars for that price.
