Considering selling my 1981 A20V - Once owned by Jon Butcher
« on: October 24, 2017, 02:55:28 PM »
Just throwing it out there, to see if there's any interest in the 1981 A20V I'm considering selling.  I've owned it since 1984 and bought it from Grammy nominate guitarist Jon Butcher.  Has a very early, Pat Applied For Kahler and the brass nut was changed out with bone.  Both mods occurred prior to me obtaining the guitar.

The guitar is the cherry sunburst finish and is in average condition considering its age.  It does have  pea sized ding on the front that I could send pics of.  Really just seeing if someone from the forum would be interested or if I should go through another venue to sell it.  I have the bill of sale from 1984 and would include that, if the sale price was high enough.

Does anyone think I'm crazy to try and get at least $1200 for this?

Looking forward (I think) to the responses!

Pics as well as the serial number will help. These usually go for less than 1200usd but giving the provonounce you may get a little bit lucky.
