That is very cool.  I had one like that last year in sunburst, which was an 83. I ended up selling it for about what I paid for which was about $300, however mine did not have a case.

What I liked about the T-Bird was its shorter size which made it great to throw in a car and travel with it.  Also, it has a nice sound which cuts through a mix for rhythm guitar.

How is your Vibrato system?  Mine would often go out of tune, although I have the same Harmonic (non lock) Vibrato on my 83 HB-35V and its more stable than my T-Bird was.  Ultimately I was going to put a Hipshot Tremsetter on the T-Bird but I ended up selling it instead.
