I was gifted a Washburn NUNO guitar with no serial number.   It has a maple neck, 5 bolts, Floyd Rose Tremolo with locking nut.  3 way switch, 1 volume.   Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think it's even a "USA" matter: really doubtful that any Stepen's joint (whether Davies himself or Washburn or Tokai or Cort) would look like that. It's simply too imprecise.

Looks to me like a Red China (AliBaba, TradeTang, etc.) counterfeit, or maybe something assembled from the "replacement parts" available on eBay up to a couple months ago.
