Need to keep just one
« on: April 03, 2019, 10:05:43 AM »
Re: Washburn D-32 S vs Epiphone Inspired by 1964 Texan. I have a dilemma, I want to keep just one of these guitars. They both sound fantastic (to my untrained ear) and they are both beautiful. I'm struggling as to which one to keep. I only need one and I'm tight on space. The only nod that goes to the Epi is the sold top and back. Thought I'd throw this out to the more musically worldly. Thanks?

No "expert" advice here. If for some reason I had to sell all but one acoustic, though I deeply appreciate my Washburns, I'd probably keep either my plywood Aria or beat-up Alvarez -- combination of sentimental value, well-aged tone, & sheer playability.

That's a tough one to choose I'd keep Epiphone. First of all I'd go to one of these shows https://best-vegas.com/las-vegas-concerts/ , because I'm getting all the best ideas while watching something exciting. It's like an enhancement drug for me.
