hey guys? i have a problem with my high e string? when i play it theres a (wang wang) sound, from open high e string to 16th fret? its bit annoying?.

that wang wang sound happens even with new string, and it gets worst as the string gets old.

it only happens in the high e string, whats seems to be wrong, is it the guitar or i havnt set it up properly, how do i correct this?

Sounds like the string may have cut the nut a bit low.  Check out the slot in the nut, up by the tuners, and see if the slot is a bit deeper than it should be.  Could also be a matter of a truss rod adjustment, if your guitar is put together that way.  With the guitar in tune fret the e at the first and 14th frets.  now look sideways at the 7th fret, there should be a little bit of light between the 7th and the e string.  About the width of a hair.

In any case, unless you are really handy and want to learn to do your own setups it sounds like a basic setup will solve your problems pretty quickly.  Good luck...
