Hi folks. I have an old XB400.The volume knob on the thing is junk. Does anyone know where I could find new (to me) electronics? I will need the whole circuit board swapped out. Thanks.

Hi Paul,
Where are you located?
If in US,then try Bartolini and Aguilar. They make great preamps in a few configurations so you can choose what suits your bass. Not very expensive either.
If,instead, you're in Europe, there's only one choice:Noll Electronic (German brand).Alot of configs,in fact everything one could dream of!
Of course,it's not the only European brand, but it's simply the best.Pricey, but exquisite sound...worth every cent.
HTH!

Im in the good ol' USA. Im not too pickey about which type of repair, active or passive etc. I just want to make sure whatever I get will drop in without having to modify my bass. Thanks for the advice!
