pictures for an archive
« on: January 11, 2004, 06:00:16 PM »
Hi folks.

I am compiling an archive from over 20 years of playing and am trying to get a photo any of three washburns I owned back in the 80's.  The models were B-15 (droopy headstock 4 string) a b-5, take a guess, yep a 5 string.. and a rather obscure Force 42 a four string headless creature.  It would be great if anyone out there has some brochure shots or whatever.  Thanks anyway for reading this!

There is a pawn shop in Cleveland that has an early 80's Washburn for sale for $90. It has many nicks that would have to be sanded down, etc. I'll bet it plays pretty good, but how were the necks on those old ones, did they have the low ratio, guitar-like neck that the new ones have. Mine has made me a better bassist, the action is that fats.
no frets?
