I searched before posting to see if I can find any other post related to the ea9 series but found none so here we are lol. (I only typed that because I have read where it is not cool to post something that has already been posted) I have a Washburn ea9 and I love it to death. Does anyone else have or had one? If so, what are your thoughts on them? Just curious because again I wasnt able to find any post or pics in the show us your washburn except there was ea20 which looks like the ea9 but I am sure there are some differences...what I dont know but it sure sounds good![:D]

I have a friend that wanted to start learning to play guitar so I let him have my EA9. It was a nice guitar but in my opinion lacked the volume to play along with other players unless you were plugged in to an amp.It is a great instrument if you play alone or plugged in and it sounded good, I would still have it if my friend hadn't wanted to learn play. Glad you like yours, they are nice guitars.

Yep just down to my Sharmon now but doggone she's all I need as I'm A One Woman Man

I'm not in a hurry but will eventually pick up an acoustic (probably a D10S) for some of those campfire type jams, like where electricity isn't available or amps aren't allowed, with friends.
