Its a '92 production model.  USA N4. I have a '92 as well. It also has the schaller floyd and washburn tuners.

I picked this up locally, fits the description. I presume that is what it is.

Does the LS93 neck have MOP dots?

dude, that sold for a really redic price.. I was watchin it too but had no idea where your reserve was on it and again.. I didn't check back before the end to see the status. Looks like you removed the reserve towards the end. I would have gone quite a few more bucks for that... I just paid over 250.00 for mine with the case. Too bad we didn't deal on it.

At first glance I thought Silverado, but the headstock and neck as well as a few other things are not consistant with that series.
I'd say it 'looks' like one of the newer N series, maybe a custom shop. It may also be a parts mutt.

I've seen a control layout like that on a Force series, with the volume and tone close together on a it could be a factory job.

Thats all I can say.. I do not know for sure.
The body looks like ash..probably swamp ash.
Posting the serial's first couple numbers would help ID the year of manufacture.
In search of.. old early 80's Washburn V's with a 3x3 headstock! email me if for sale..

I'd be interested..but, I just bought a black n red FV20-V.
I'm really in the market for the sunburst models. If this pops up on the 'bay tho.. I will definitely take a look at her.

My email has changed and I can be contacted thru this board if this is still up for grabs.

I don't know man, but Axl Rose would really did that guitar. [:p]
(its a joke based on one of GnR's videos)

I just picked up a FV20-V. This is one of the black n red ones with the red dots made in '84. Did these have a composite board like some of the other GV series? or was it stained rosewood?

You referring to the A10-12 electric? They pop up on eBay now and again. There's been one with a crack in the control section of the  body that is needing repair and posted for about a month or two now. Check past/completed auctions.
You can see a topic that covers a little bit of this axe in this post:

Cool, thank you again for your sharing your knowledge on these.
This one has 22 frets fact, I've seen a pic of both..and unless one is being described as the wrong model.. they look to be the same thing, even in paint scheme. Why they would make a difference in numbering and not in other features is kinda baffling..whatever. I'd have to search more of the archives to sort it out.

Ok, who can tell me about these models and when they were made and the custom paint schemes and how many (if any) had custom paint type schemes. I assume they are mid 80's-late 80's built to compete with Jackson popularity. Were they around long? year or two? amount of production?
(Accept2, ya up to bat?)

The one I'm looking at has a red w/black kinda sunray type of theme with the stripes being wider and bolder at the neck pocket and then thinning out as it goes towards the body pointies. Basically striped with the body lines fading and thinning out towards the lower wing.
Sharkies, H/S/S three mini switches for each pup, one Vol, one tone and a wonderbar trem.

What are they worth in very clean condition? (ballpark)

Ahh, Got common sense? thru the back plate and over the really, same way you'll have to take them out silly.. only reverse order.
I assume that will be thru the back plate, the bridge block an over the saddles and thru the woods (to grandmothers house we go.)

Difficult to make an offer if you leave no means of contact like an email. I'd be interested, but I would need to see pics first.
Email me if you still check this.
