Title: B-9 need a new bridge
Post by: NewPickerG on February 11, 2012, 01:06:14 PM
Hello,

I am fairly new to playing the banjo and bought a Washburn B-9 about 6 months ago. The bridge has about a 2 millimeter sag in the middle from where the drum also sags. I have tightened the drum but can't get the sag out. Is it normal for a bridge and drum to sag under the strings? If not I would like to know what a good bridge and drum would be to replace what I have. As well a good link on how to replace the two and set the intonation properly would be useful.

Thanks.

Not a lot of banjo players here,  but here's a link you may get some answers on.
Good luck
