Title: Type of Bridge?
Post by: michael on May 06, 2005, 08:26:38 PM
Hey,
I play a 1989 Wahburn HB-35.  I need to replace the bridge seeing how, over the years, three of the saddles have broken. Problem is that I cant't find the correct bridge.  The bridge that came with it is a Tune-O-Matic clone.  Seems like it should be easy to find but, it's not.  My problem is the post to post dimension.  I need a bridge that is around a 71mm post to post. Guitar Jones has a Tune-O-Matic..their D2..that I think is a correct part...but, only in chrome.  I need gold.  I guess what I need is feed back on 71mm post to post spacings for Tune-O-Matics with large posts.  Anyone with info would be kind.
Michael

Can you not just use a regular tuneomatic bridge?
