Was wondering what pick ups folks like on acoustic Washburns. I have 1998 D-11/AN and considering the Dean Markley pick up for the hole. My goal is true acoustic sound and not to sound like an electric.

Any suggestions and experiences will be greatly appreciated.

I finger pick a lot and if you are doing a solo or duo thing without the bass fingerpicking gives you a chance to fill in the bass and melody of the song that using a pick doesn't and having played bass since I was a youth it made finger picking more natural.

Hey there - just joined the group and saw your question. I am from Charleston, West Virginia. For the Kentucky folks on I saw on the group, I was born in Hazard.
