Looking to buy USA made Washburn MG series guitars.  Prefer the ones with a Floyd, like the MG-104 or MG-94, but am open to others too.  Condition is more important than exact model.  Let me know if you've got one to move- Thanks!

I recently picked up this MG 113 that has some nice differences from the stock model (which is rare enough on its own).  This one has a one-piece Swamp Ash body (with some nice figuring and bear claws) and Ebony board.  Still has the 3 Duncan hum-canceling singles, Schaller Floyd, etc.  The action on this is sick low, and it was in NOS shape with just the most minor of shop wear.  Frets are like new, no issues at all.

It's got a N4 vibe in some ways, actually. Check it out here:

Due to some bad luck and timing, I have to sell off my best Washburn guitars (one of which I just got).  I need to move these very quickly, so they are priced lower than anything I could find online.  If you want both I can deal as well.  Here goes…
New Washburn N6- When I say new, I mean it just arrived on June 11th new in the factory box.  I took it out for inspection and to shoot the pics only.  Specs are readily available online, but this is one of the last ones made so it comes with the Original Floyd (as opposed to the Washburn-braded Schaller that are more common on these).  Comes with everything from the factory, in original hardshell and original factory box.  $1400 shipped and paypal’d (you won’t find a better price on a N6).

Washburn artist N4 quilt top- Now this is a special one.  I used to work at Washburn, and this N4 was a special sent to Grady Champion, Dimebag’s guitar tech.  What did Dime want with an N4?  I have no idea.  Either way, this is a unique N4.  One piece Mahogany body and matched quilt top.  Also, notice that there are no holes drilled for the trem backplate.  A few knicks on the back of the neck and a few dings on the body (nothing to the wood), but great overall shape.  This guitar sounds and plays better than any Washburn I’ve had (and I’ve had many).  $1200 shipped and paypal’d.

N Series (Nuno Bettencourt) / For Sale: 1991 Washburn N4 (black)
« on: February 28, 2010, 10:46:23 AM »
For sale, a very early USA Washburn N4 Nuno Bettencourt signature model. It is in the (also rare for N4s) black finish. This is from Dec 1991 (serial 91120036), so it is considered a transitional model for N4 fans. Features a Schaller Floyd, Duncan 59 neck and Lawrence L500 bridge pickups, alder body and the Stephen’s Extended Cutaway (of course). Even though this guitar is almost 20 years old, the neck and frets are in GREAT shape- this guitar was certainly not played hard in that time. While I’m not the original owner, the fret’s condition suggest it went untouched for awhile in there!

Being 18 years old, it is not in perfect collector’s condition, but not abused either. A few chips/dings (that have been touched up), a scratch by the selector switch, and a missing trem backplate... That’s about it for the “bad.”  Again, not a collector's piece, but one heck of a player.

So it is a great choice for someone looking to get into a N4 for cheap- $825 shipped and Paypal’d in a Roadrunner hardshell case. I don’t think you’ll find a better N4 deal right now, especially for one of this vintage in this finish. The perfect guitar to play all those Rihanna tunes!

I am newer on here (only done 2 transactions on the forum- all positive), but have 8+ years of positive transactions on eBay and jemsite, much of that being higher end guitar stuff.

I am selling my 1993 USA Washburn MG 104.  It has a blue quilt top and is in GREAT shape esp. for a 93 guitar!  No missing plates or screws, no major wear on body, and the neck and frets are perfect.  Looks like someone bought the guitar, played it a little and then threw it under the bed for years.  There is some minor dings and swirling, and one very small chip on the back.  You can this in the pics.

Asking $525 shipped to the lower 48, but will be open to any reasonable (non lowball) offers.  I am newer on here, but have 8+ years of positive transactions on eBay and jemsite, much of that being higher end guitar stuff.  I have a bad furnace that needs repairing, so I'm motivated to sell! Feel free to email me with any questions-thanks!

Hey all- I have a 1993 MG104 in transparent blue.  It is in excellent shape, and I was wondering what these guys are going for these days?
