General Discussion / Camp Fire Time ;-)
« on: April 04, 2006, 09:06:10 AM »
Well its that time of year when its not to hot in the day or tooooo cold at night...

Its time to pack up the truck for an overnigh camp out almost once a week. Me my girlfriend and two dogs..

I think this is the perfect setting for a guitar.. A lake, open fire, with the ones you love.... no other distractions...

How about waking up to a sunset a fire warmed pot of java and playing that song that always makes her smile...[:D]

If your camping and hear a guitar people always come by to have a drink... So feel free....[;)]

Well folks its the time of year when I start asking for left over fire wood so me and my girl can go camping with the dogs.

I think near a lake, open fire, with the ones you love is where the guitar shines.... No trafic or t.v. in the other room. No telephones ect.

How about waking up to a sunrise playing that tune that always makes ya smile...

I read a bunch of threads about not being able to find info on their older guitars... Sometimes just one year old and no info... Or reptibale info.

Was wondering with all us knowing something that others don't... if we could archive our respnses on guitars for easier reference for new people to the forum or general interest..

What do ya'll think????????

Anyone have any ideas when the guitar was in production and some specs on the guitar...

Maybe someone had one and has personal opinion on this particular guitar good/bad????

Welcome to the Southwest US Washburn Jam Group. / Jack Johnson
« on: December 07, 2005, 10:43:26 AM »
Hey you-all..... I heard of Jack through the surfing sean couple years ago.. Like his music it's got a nice rythem and beat...

I started to learn how to play it a couple months ago and found some of his strumming techniques interesting yet a little difficult to grasp..

Anyways if you havent heard of him I'm sure you will they started playing him on the radio the last month or so and they are playing more and more of his songs as he catches on...

Enjoy the beat.....
