Title: Cold Weather Setup
Post by: mswhat298 on December 28, 2010, 12:36:08 PM
My WD10 has really gotten out of whack since the weather turned cold.  I've never noticed this happening before with any of my other guitars, the WD7 seems to be ok, but a new setup is order asap for the 10.

Hi Mike,

It wouldn't be a humidity problem would it?

Could be, I read about humidity issues a while back and will have to look that article up again.

What songs have you been pickin' lately Jack?  Learned any new ones?

I normally would not link to another manufacturer's website but this is an important issue with wooden instruments and Washburn has not offered up equivalent instruction on their own website and also it has already been posted on this forum prior to this time:

1+ for posting it.

And 1+ for the videos, I've watched them several times over the last couple of years, definitely one the very best presentations on the subject. Digital Piano
Marshall AS50D
Fender Super Champ XD
