Title: Can you ID this for me?
Post by: banjo-guy on October 26, 2012, 12:32:18 AM
I have what I believe is an N2 Bettencourt. The serial number is 5011616. It has a neck plate, and two knobs ( volume and tone) The previous owner removed the tone knob and made the guitar into a fretless by taking the frets off the neck. Bill Lawrence and Washburn PUPs. Floyd Rose,Grover Tuners. Natural body and neck.

Where was it made? It feels like a really nice guitar. It was given to me and I have no idea what it is worth or if it makes sense to have it re-fretted.
I would post a pic but I don't see an option for that.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome. photobucket.com    is free and easy to use.post your pics there and copy bottem img link to here. IMHO. if you already have the guitar, than yes it would bewell worth refreting the guitar. Go on E Bay and you will see those guitars are not cheap.  Tom.   :) :)
