Glad to see some of the old guys are still around!  That's right Murph and Dugly, I called you old.  And that's a beautiful guitar Maple. In the olden days we would have wanted to see it on a comfy couch, but your scene looks much nicer.

Haven't been by in awhile.  Thought I'd check in and see how everyone is doing.  Still playing our Washies, although our house got robbed a few years back and they did snag a few of them.  Hope everyone is doing well.

Hey cedwards, good to see you!  San Antonio is an awesome town!  Love the riverwalk and I love staying at the Menger.  You always have to stop in for a drink and soak up the ambiance of the bar that Teddy Roosevelt recruited his "rough riders" in.  I'll admit that lately my son has got me hooked on craft beers, but Shiner is still my fallback.  It's hard to beat a good Texas beer!  Hope you and all of yours are doing well and still playing your Washburns.

Hey old friend, hope you had a great one!

Hope you had a great birthday Keel!

Ah the age old question, eh Keel!  CB and I have 2 solids, and the rest are solid top and lam sides and back.   The solids tend to be quieter, and more susceptible to humidity in my opinion. Whereas the lams are less expensive, more stable, and to be honest I don't worry about taking them on a trip. Honestly I'm going to vote laminated.

Happy birthday dude. Have a great one!

You're welcome my beautiful child bride!  And thank you for the many years of wonderful music we've shared :)

Happy birthday Pappy. Have a great one!

I swear Keel, you are an acoustic guitar ninja.  Your knowledge is one of this forum's prize assets.

Happy birthday to the woman who means more to me than bacon and beer.  Well, mostly bacon...

Thanks dudes.  Had a great weekend!

Sorry to hear that Magoo. Sometimes balancing friendships gets difficult. And lord knows I'm not very good at it.

Happy bday Pete!
