Idol Series / new guitar suggestions
« on: August 28, 2009, 05:22:40 AM »
Hello,
Ive been thinking of getting a new guitar sometime this year and needed a few suggestions on what to get.
Ive narrowed my choices to any of these 3 guitars-
WI64,WI64 vintage,WI66Pro..
im leaning towards the WI66 pro mainly because of the price and amazing reviews it has got.
So what do you guys think would be best for me?Im a pretty average player,my styles vary from classic rock to funk to metal.ill be running it through a roland cube 30X..
what are the differences between the WI64 and the vintage model?
And on a side note,I wont be able to try any of these guitars before buying so thats what im worried about..

Thanks and Regards

Hey guys!
Ive been trying to set the intonation on my guitar right for a little while now.Im having a problem turning the saddle screws,They dont seem to budge at all!The guitar had been in its case for about 20 years now.I had taken it out sometime about last year as I started playing. The bridge is a floyd rose.Any help would be appreciated.
Another thing-What is the major importance of proper intonation?

Thanks And Regards

hi guys,
Since I am going to begin my summer vacations i was wondering of changing the colour of my guitars volume and tone control knobs to matte gold.i was thinking of doing the same to the tuning pegs. Is it a good idea? or am i gonna ruin my guitar?
Im open for suggestions.
Now,
How do you remove the volume and tone knobs from the guitar? Is it possible?
