UK Washburn Lovers Unite / Very rare Washburn F-15 spruce top for sale
« on: November 09, 2012, 01:22:48 AM »
Hi Guys. I've mentioned this guitar previously, but have decided to sell it as my collection is ever changing. It is a 1979 washburn F-15. All my research leads me to be that it is extremely rare. Even washburn themselves can shed little light on it apart from the date. It is in vgc, great action with 11 guage strings for fingerpicking. Comes with a Hiscox style hardcase. Give me a bell on 07941 813867 if interested. Its in Bristol UK.

Acoustic Guitar Players Post Comments & Questions / looking for info
« on: January 14, 2010, 09:01:00 AM »
Hi all. I've just bought my first Washburn acoustic. It was bought originally in the UK in '79. I have been told it is an F-15 model but cannot find any mention of this anywhere.
It has two numbers inside, 79416 and 101479. I believe it is a OOO shape.
Can anyone give me any more info please?
