Washburn D34SCE

First, I want to thank you folks for all of the great information.  This is a great place to gain info about the guitars we love.

I have had my Washburn D48S Cheyenne for almost 7 years, and I love it.  I was in the market for an acoustic/electric guitar for playing in church, so I picked up an older EA20, and it's nice, but I'm a big guy (6'6 @ 300lb.).  I have been reading some of these threads with interest about the D34SCE because I've been spying a few of them on eBay, and I absolutely love the natural finish with that quilted maple... yowzaa!!  The Tobacco Sunburst doesn't suck, but I'm partial to natural type finishes.

Has anyone here had any problems with the B-band setup?  I can't believe the prices on this baby with all the gizmos and extras like Buzz Feiten tuning, inlays, Grovers... for under $500.  I hope to get my guitar in the next 3-4 days.

Thanks for any input that y'all might have.

Hey Jim, I have only had my D34SCE for a short while. No problems. I love the guitar. Before you buy on eBay, give this dealer a call. I bought my D34SCE from him for $375. That price can't be beat. Good luck. Teddie

The phone number is: 1-262-542-6788.

BTW, This dealer is no longer a Washburn dealer.
